About Me

I am an award winning photojournalist with more than two decades of experience documenting real moments. My work has been recognized by the Society of Professional Journalists, the National Newspaper Association Foundation, and the California News Publishers Association, earning multiple awards at the regional, state, and national level. My photography has also appeared on NBC, CBS, Good Morning America, Fox News, and HuffPost. I've also been interviewed by CNN’s The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer and on "Disappeared" on Investigation Discovery for my journalism coverage of the missing person case of Dia Abrams.

How I Approach Photography

I don’t believe in forcing moments or over-posing people.

My background in photojournalism shaped how I see everything. I look for real connection, subtle expressions, and the moments that happen naturally when people feel comfortable.

I’ll guide you when needed, but I also know when to step back. That balance is what creates images that feel genuine, not staged.

The goal is simple. When you look back at your photos, you remember exactly how it felt to be there.
